How long will it take to get my Fake Bake?
Typically, orders take between 2-7 working days to reach you.We send all orders out via Australia Post Recorded Delivery which means that someone will need to sign for it. We would ask that you allow for weekends and public holidays.
I still haven't received it?
If you still haven't received it after seven working days, please give us a call - or drop us an email and we'll contact Australia Post on your behalf and trace the item for you.
I need to return an item?
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the delivery date, if it is new, unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.
If the products have already been posted to you, you must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the products within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. You should return products with a cover note which includes your full name, e-mail address, and an order reference number to:
