Shipping & Returns
  • The cost of packing and delivery is shown prior to confirming your order.
  • We send all orders via Australia Post which require all orders to be signed for on delivery.
  • Please note that at present we are only able to accept orders for delivery within Australia.
  • We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, however, please do not contact us regarding the delivery status of your order until the following times have elapsed: Perth Metro Area: 2 days, WA Country: 3 days, Adelaide: 5 days, NSW & VIC: 7 days, QLD and TAS: 10 days, Northern Territories & SA: 30 days.
  • Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at statutory holidays.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for delivery in exceptional circumstances.
  • If delivery is attempted and no-one is in you will be notified that your package is being held by Australia Post. Please pay careful attention to the information that Australia Post provides on the information card in respect of collection times, redelivery options, etc.
  • If you fail to collect the package within the stated time period and the package is returned to us we will consider the order cancelled.
  • Under these circumstances, prior to making a refund, we will make a charge to cover the post and packing costs of sending the goods to you. An additional postage and packing charge will also be made if you wish the goods to be re-sent.
  • Please also note that www.fakebake.net.au does not accept responsibility if Australia Post fails to notify you of an attempted delivery.
  • Please note that if any part of the delivery address or postcode you provide is wrong you will be liable up to the total cost of your order should the package fail to be delivered or returned to us within 30 days of posting.

In the unlikely event that your item gets delayed or goes missing in the post, refunds or replacements will only be issued once the package is officially classed as lost by Australia Post.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 30 days after the day following the delivery of the goods.

Your right to cancel is on the basis that we will be able to re-sell the goods to another customer as new when you return them to us; so please do not use the goods or open any sealed packaging. Opened or used products will not be accepted.  Any Gift with Purchase must be returned unopened and unused with your order. Also

Upon receipt here, we will refund your credit or debit card with the price of the products within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. You should return products to:

You must enclose a copy of the original invoice. When returning goods we recommend that you use recorded delivery, or obtain a proof of posting from your chosen postal provider.

Please use the original packaging to return a Product. Where this is not suitable, please use packaging of an equivalent quality. Failure to do so may result in damage to the product which you will be liable for.

You must notify us of any shortage, damage or defect in the Product within 7 days of delivery or you will have been deemed to accept the Product. If the Product is found to be faulty or defective, then we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.
