As a company we offer comprehensive training & support to our salons and therapists.  We offer a training day at various locations on a regular basis.  The day includes theory & practical, with the therapists getting hands on experience of giving and receiving the treatment.  The theory input covers product knowledge, marketing ideas and retail suggestions.  There are lots of opportunities for the trainees to ask questions and seek advice throughout the day.  On completion the therapists receive a badge and certificate.

While the Fake Bake treatment is not particularly difficult, there are a number of hints and tips that we like to share with our therapists in order that they provide the best possible service for their customers.

A comprehensive training manual is issued at the session and the full range of Fake Bake products are available for testing purposes.

As ongoing support we have a Fake Bake help line that therapists can use if they have any questions or situations they need guidance with.  All the Fake Bake trainers can offer invaluable support and advice to our customers.

Fake Bake also provide support materials to help salons market the Fake Bake range of products.  These include product guides, posters, showcards, consultation cards and display units.
